Cristian Sanchez Men's Soccer Irvine Valley's athlete of the week for Dec. 1 is sophomore men's soccer player Cristian Sanchez. The standout midfielder started all 21 matches for Lasers in 2025, was a force on both sides of the field and selected the Most Valuable Player in the Orange Empire Conference last week after helping lead the Lasers to a conference title.
