Irvine Valley men's soccer two-year player Jonas Foppen has committed to NCAA Division II Benedictine Mesa in Arizona.
Foppen, from the Netherlands, played in 24 matches over the last two season for the Lasers, starting six matches.
He was part of an IVC team that went 8-12-1 overall this past season and one that had a record of 12-4-6 overall in the 2023 year and reached the 3C2A So. Cal. regional playoffs.
Foppen is headed to a Benedictine Mesa squad that finished with a record of 6-8-4 record overall and went 5-5-4 in the Golden State Athletic Conference in the fall of 2024.
