Irvine Valley is set to take on No.1 from Northern California Foothill College on Wednesday at Ventura College in the 3C2A State Championship at 2 p.m.
IVC knocked off Santa Barbara City, Ventura and then rival Riverside to make the state final as the fourth seed in the south.
Foothill has a record of 11-2 overall and went 6-0 in the Coast Conference.
Irvine Valley is 12-2 overall.
The Lasers last won the CCCAA title in 2017, taking down American River, 5-1, in Ventura.
IVC is led by sophomores Nick Grove and Luciano Pardo, along with sophomores Luis Moros and Sufyan Ashraf and freshmen Lucas Diaz and Nevin McCann.
The duo of Grove and Pardo won the state title in doubles in 2024 and Grove made the state semifinal in singles.
