Irvine Valley sophomore men's soccer player Jamie Eijpenn has committed to NCAA Division III Whittier College.
Eijpenn has spent the last two years with the Lasers and played in 32 matches.
He competed in 18 matches, starting 12 during the 2023 season and then was part of 14 contests this past season for the Lasers.
The defender, out of the Waldorf School of Orange County, started 17 matches over his two years at IVC.
He had one assist during the 2023 campaign.
With Eijpenn, Irvine Valley had a record of 12-4-6 overall and made the So. Cal. Regional playoffs during the 2023 season and the Lasers finished with a mark of 8-12-1 overall this past year.
He is headed to a Whittier College program that competes in the SCIAC and had a record of 6-7-3 overall and 4-7-1 in conference this past season.
