The Irvine Valley women's volleyball team hosts Saddleback in an Orange Empire Conference contest on Wednesday night at 6 p.m.
Saddleback has a record of 8-3 overall and 4-0 in the OEC.
Saddleback defeated Santiago Canyon, 27-25, 25-19, 25-16, last Friday on the road.
Cory Willcoxson led the Bobcats with 17 kills, Meg Gardner finished with 12 kills, Brynn Craig-Kromm had 13 digs and Sophie Vienna ran the offense with 38 assists.
The Bobcats have swept their last three opponents in conference.
Wilcoxson ranks fourth in the OEC at 3.59 kills per set and Vienna leads the conference in assists per set at 9.90.
Irvine Valley (2-11, 2-3) swept Santa Ana, 25-22, 25-16, 27-25, at home last Friday in a conference match.
Freshman opposite Hailey Oldham finished with 13 kills and hit .300, sophomore outside hitter Audrey Fowler ended with eight kills and a team-high 15 digs and sophomore outside hitter Alya Mersin had seven kills and nine digs for the Lasers.
Freshman middle blocker Katell Mehaignerie added five kills and hit .400 with two blocks, sophomore libero Nikki Korneff contributed 13 digs, freshman middle blocker Valeria Leon had two kills and four blocks and freshman setter Alondra Castro ran the offense with 35 assists.
On the year, Oldham is averaging 3.12 kills and 2.12 digs per set, Fowler averages 2.19 kills and 3.96 digs per set, freshman setter Emmi Scelzo is averaging 7.67 assists and Korneff is averaging 3.24 digs per set for IVC.
The Lasers play again next Wednesday at home against Fullerton at 6 p.m.
