The Irvine Valley men's basketball team took on Saddleback at home in an Orange Empire Conference game Friday night.
The Lasers played toug, but fell to the Bobcats, 60-54.

Irvine Valley plays again on Wed., Jan. 22 against Fullerton at home at 6 p.m. Fullerton is ranked No. 11 in the state.
