Men's soccer player Lukas Stark is headed to Hawaii Hilo

Men's soccer player Lukas Stark is headed to Hawaii Hilo

Irvine Valley sophomore men's soccer standout Lukas Stark has committed to NCAA Division II Hawaii Hilo.

Stark was a two-year starter and helped the Lasers to the 3C2A Southern California Regional Playoffs both seasons.

Stark was part of an IVC squad that had a record of 12-4-6 overall this past season.

Irvine Valley finished second in the Orange Empire Conference with a mark of 7-1-6.

Stark, a midfielder, played in 19 matches and started 16 contests.

He finished with one goal on the year.

Stark, from Germany, played in 21 matches for the Lasers during the 2022 season. IVC finished with a record of 11-7-5 overall, 5-3-4 overall and also made the playoffs.

He is headed to a Hawaii-Hilo team that had a record of 10-6 overall last fall and went 7-3 in the Pac West Conference.
