The Irvine Valley men's basketball team's schedule has been released for the 2023-24 season.
Coach Jerry Hernandez is excited about this year's team with a number of returners back on the roster.
The Lasers also had star post player Charlie Henderson sign with Cal State San Marcos and standout forward Jordan Montrose sign with Holy Cross College.
IVC will start its preseason campaign with the So. Cal. Fall JUCO Jamboree at Cerritos College from Sept. 15-17.
The Lasers will take part in two scrimmage events in late October, including hosting Chaffey and San Diego City on Oct. 26.
Irvine Valley officially starts its 2023-24 season on Thurs., Nov. 9, hosting Ventura at 7 p.m. as part of the annual Irvine Valley Classic.
The tournament, which also includes Cerritos and College of the Canyons will conclude on Nov. 11.
IVC begins its 16-game Orange Empire Conference schedule on Dec. 19 at Orange Coast at 6 p.m.
