Former Irvine Valley baseball pitcher Wyatt Zadoorian had a solid first season at NCAA Division III Occidental College.
The left-handed junior threw 20.2 innings for the Tigers this spring.
Zadoorian, out of Beckman High, made 13 appearances, including one start and had a record of 1-0 on the year.
He also finished with 20 strikeouts in the 20.2 innings pitched.
Occidental finished with a record of 12-28 overall. It won 10 of its games at home.
Zadorian, a left-hander out of Beckman High, shined for the Lasers during the 2023 season.
He appeared in 15 games as a mainstay out of the bullpen, and also made one start.
Zadoorian pitched 21.2 innings and had a 4.98 ERA on the year. He struck out 7.08 batters per nine innings for the Lasers.
Occidental competes in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
