Irvine Valley's women's tennis team improved its record to 3-0 with another easy win on Thursday afternoon.
The Lasers went to Cerritos and took care of business, 8-1.
Irvine Valley won all three doubles matches, dropping just two total games.
The team of sophomores Sabrina Mendy and Ashley Le won, 8-0, at the top spot.
The No. 2 team of freshmen Soleil Zsibriti and Nicole Harper came out on top, 8-2, at the No. 2 position and the No. 3 team of freshman Justice Tien and Ariyana Ash won, 8-1.
In singles, Irvine Valley won five of six sets. And the only match it dropped was by default.
Zsibriti, Mendy, Tien and Ash each won in straight sets and Harper earned a three-set victory at the No. 5 position.
Tien didn't lose a game, Zsibriti dropped just one game and Mendy only gave up two games in wins.
Irvine Valley plays again next Thursday, opening up Orange Empire Conference play at Saddleback at 2 p.m.
