December 30, 2024Irvine Valley travels to the VC-Optimist Club Holiday Classic at Ventura and splits games, beating Ventura, 58-52, on Friday and then falling to Glendale, 47-31, on Saturday. IVC plays again on Jan. 5 at Palo Verde at 5:30 p.m. -
Basketball player Makena Tomlinson named to all-state team
March 28, 2024Irvine Valley sophomore standout Makena Tomlinson was named second team all-state by the women's basketball association recently. Tomlinson averaged 12.1 points and 10.1 rebounds a game and shot 51.6 percent from the field.
