Irvine Valley men's standout sophomore volleyball player Jeremy Simon recently signed with NAIA Arizona Christian University.
Simon was an outside hitter and libero for IVC and a major player for the squad the last two season.
IVC ended the 2024 spring campaign with a record of 11-8 overall and went 5-3 for second place in the Orange Empire Conference. The Lasers also made a 3C2A State Playoffs Regional.
Simon, out of Crean Lutheran High, averaged 0.41 kills and 1.00 digs per set this past season.
He was also part of the IVC team in 2023 that ended with a record of 16-3 overall and also reached the 3C2A State Playoffs Regionals.
Simon is headed to an Arizona Christian squad that will compete in the new Great Southwestern Ahtletic Conference, which was formerly the Golden State Athletic Conference.
