New Irvine Valley women's flag football coach Sami Logan was excited to announce her incoming student-athletes in a commitment day this spring before the non-traditional season starts in the fall of 2024.
The players in attendance were Akayla Chaple, Allison Faggella, Tahlia Holliness, Simran Patel and Priscilla Preciado.
Logan expects to have another signing day this fall.
The official, first in the state community college women's flag football campaign, kicks off in the spring of 2025 at Irvine Valley.

Off-season training for college students began on March 22, 2024 with summer training for incoming freshman headed to IVC going from July 1 through Aug. 16, 2024.
