The right-handed pitcher had an outstanding start last Wednesday at home in picking up a win over LA Harbor.
Irvine Valley defeated the Seahawks, 4-2, to split the series.
Roettger went seven innings and allowed just two runs on one hit and three walks with two strikeouts.
He didn't allow a hit going into the seventh inning.
Roettger improved his record to 4-2 on the year and the Lasers went to 13-12 overall with the victory.
On the season, Roettger has appeared in nine games and started seven on the mound. He has pitched a team high 47.0 innings.
The former Beckman High standout pitched in 11 games last season, making eight starts.
Irvine Valley is back in action on Tuesday, hosting Saddleback in an Orange Empire Conference game at 2 p.m.
