Irvine Valley's men's golf team picked up four wins in its Orange Empire Conference match on Monday at the Navy Course in Cypress.
The event featured six teams in all and Irvine Valley went 4-1 on the day.
The Lasers shot a team score of 368 and finished just six shots back of winner and host Cypress (362).
Irvine Valley defeated Riverside (384), Orange Coast (388), Saddleback (391) and El Camino (no team score).
IVC had its five scoring players all shoot 75 or better.
Freshman Connor O'Brien and sophomore Dustin Vasquez led the way, each finishing at 72. The score tied for the second best of the day.
Cypress' Panos Pantazopoulos was the medalist with a 69.
Next for IrvineValley was sophomore Caleb Humble with a 74. Sophomore Shayne Knight and freshman Kellen Kudrna each carded 75.
And sophomore Greg Williams ended with a 77 to round things out for the Lasers.
Irvine Valley plays again in another conference match next Monday. The event will be hosted by El Camino at Los Verdes Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes.
