Jim Gross is in his first year as an assistant on the Irvine Valley women's staff.

He will also help with recruiting for the Lasers.

Gross is currently the head coach at Tustin High and the executive director, general manager and head coach of the Tustin Soccer Club.

He is on the board of directors and a regional coordinator of the American Youth Soccer Organization.

Gross is nationally licensed by the United States Soccer Federation and is a state of California licensed referee.
