Golfers Stribling and Crowl compete in third conference match

Irvine Valley's women's golf team competed in the third Orange Empire Conference match of the season on Wednesday at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club.

The match was hosted by Saddleback.

Irvine Valley freshman Katie Stribling tied for second place overall with a 4 over par score of 76. She tied with Saddleback's Sunhae Son.

Fullerton's Eunsoo Jeon, who shot 1 over par 73 was the medalist.

Irvine Valley freshman Emily Crowl carded 99 on the day.

Saddleback won the team competition, shooting 327.

Saddleback is now 12-0 in Orange Empire Conference and leads Mt. San Antonio College by four games in the standings. 

Stribling leads the conference overall in individual scoring.

The Lasers will play again at Alta Vista Country Club next Monday in a conference match.
