The Irvine Valley women's tennis team improved its record to 3-0 with an easy win at Saddleback in the first Orange Empire Conference match of the season.
The Lasers rolled Saddleback, 9-0, on Thursday afternoon at Saddleback.
Irvine Valley didn't drop a game in winning the six singles sets and only lost three games in three doubles sets.
Irvine Valley sophomore Sabrina Mendy, freshman Soleil Zsibrita, freshman Justice Tien, freshman Nicole Harper, sophomore Ariyana Ash and sophomore Collette Kelly each won their singles matches without allowing a game.
In doubles, sophomore Ashley Le and Mendy, won, 8-1, at the No. 1 spot, Harper and Zsibrita came out on top, 8-2, at No. 2 doubles and Ash and Tien won, 8-0, at the No. 3 position.
Irvine Valley plays again next Tuesday, hosting Orange Coast at 2 p.m.
