Irvine Valley freshman women's golfer Kylie Sok placed fifth at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships, took second at regionals and also placed second in scoring in conference play.
Ben Burnett (women's and men's golf) and Tom Pestolesi (men's volleyball) stepped away from their coaching duties at the end of 2017-18. Pestolesi will remain Director of Volleyball and women's indoor and beach coach at IVC.
