IVC women's basketball player Taylor Casey, who graduated this past spring, was featured in a story in the Orange County Register that came out last week.
Casey's story is part of a look at students reaching and then being successful in college.
Casey, who started for two years and was an all-conference player at Irvine Valley, received a scholarship to attend Biola and will be playing there this fall.
